We do our best to ensure your experience with us is as easy as possible. We understand that shopping online can be a little bit difficult at times and we are here to help you. If goods are faulty you may choose between a refund or exchange. Our shoe size guide is available for your assistance when selecting a shoe size. We operate a reasonable policy and therefore don't offer refunds on change of mind.
If you require a refund, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or respond to your order email. Goods must be in original condition returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packing. Once we have received the item, we will provide you with a full refund, excluding postage cost.
If you require an exchange, please email your request to email@example.com or respond to your order email. Please make sure your name, order number and what product you wish to exchange is clear, along with what product you would like to exchange it for. Your new items for exchange will be shipped once your returned goods have been received and cleared for being un damaged.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, you will need to cover the cost of postage and we will re-send your new item free of charge.
